Our innovative, natural processing technology significantly extends the shelf-life of fresh-cut vegetables without sacrificing product quality. Natural Cuts‘ products require no refrigeration and greatly reduce the energy required for processing and distribution and minimizes the food waste that typically occurs due to rapid spoilage.
The problem: Food processing is energy intensive and rapid spoilage of fresh vegetables causes massive amounts of food waste.
The solution: Natural Cuts keeps food fresh, convenient, and healthy using a technology developed in the food science department at Cornell.  We use 70% less energy in processing, and extend produce shelf-lives by months.
